Yes, all prices are inclusive of VAT.
HOW DO I REGISTER / CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
- You do not need to sign up before purchasing from our online store. Accounts are created at the end of your checkout.
- All prices displayed on the site are quoted in South African Rands.
- A sale between Mana Decor and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and we have received proof of payment.
HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?
We currently have two payment options available on our website:
Make a secure payment using Payfast - a secure payment gateway. Payfast allows you to make an instant EFT payment as well as payments using your debit or credit card. This payment gateway can be trusted one hundred percent
2. DIRECT BANK TRANSFER (EFT).
- If you select this option, you will receive an invoice with our banking details.
- Kindly email us the proof once payment has been made so that your order can be processed and sent off.
- No orders will be sent without payment or proof thereof.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM PURCHASING ORDER
No we don't, you can buy 1 item or 50 items! but we think you will love our items so much you will be adding them to your cart.
SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
1. CAN WE SELF COLLECT:
Yes you can self collect, when you checkout shipping options choose the self collect option
2. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING/DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We make use of the following Couriers:
- Pargo - Convenient for people who can't always be at there office or at home to collect there parcel.
- Paxi - Convenient for people who can't always be at there office or at home to collect there parcel. THESE PARCELS CAN ONLY BE COLLECTED AT A PEP STORE, PLEASE NOTE NOT ALL PEP STORES OFFER THIS SERVICE
- Main Centres – Please allow 3-5 working days from receipt of POP for You will be emailed your tracking number as soon as your parcel has been sent and you will be able to track it online.
- Regional Areas – Please allow 5 working days from receipt of POP for delivery. You will be emailed your tracking number as soon as your parcel has been sent and you will be able to track it online.
PLEASE NOTE THE COURIERS DELIVERY DAYS ARE BASED ON WORKING DAYS - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Due to the fact that we outsource our couriers and offer different shipping methods we can not specify any delivery days or an exact time of day. Thus we recommend using your work address to ensure there is always someone to collect. The couriers deliver during normal working hours. We can not take responsibility for parcels that can not be delivered if no one is at your address to collect. Please make sure to supply an address where there is always someone available for collection.
3. I LIVE IN NEIGHBOURING COUNTRIES CAN I ORDER FROM MANA DECOR?
Of course you can buy from MANA, but you will have to arrange your own courier to collect it.
4. DO YOU COURIER TO NEIGHBOURING COUNTRIES?
UNFORTUNATELY NOT, YOU WILL NEED TO ORGANISE YOUR OWN COURIER TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER.
